The 2013 Scholarship Deadline is approaching soon. The 2013 winners will be announced in late May.

* A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior football or cheerleader from Noblesville High School who participated in the NEFL.

* This scholarship will be used for continuing education at any post secondary institution.

* Selection of the recipient will be made from applications submitted.

* The NEFL scholarship committee will review all applications and make the final decision.

* The selection of the recipient will be based on school and community service as well as financial need.

* Scholastic achievement is important but not the lone factor.

* The recipient must also demonstrate a good mental attitude and good citizenship.

* All applications must include:

• A completed application
• A recent picture of the applicant
• A current transcript
• A letter of recommendation from a community leader, friend, teacher, etc.

* All applications must be submitted to the Noblesville High School Guidance Office.

Deadline to submit the application is Friday April 19, 2013
