REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 FOOTBALL SEASON IS $50 PER PARTICIPANT.  Flag and Cheer participants may also use the form below to mail your registration.

Tackle -3rd-6th grade -  A Physicians Release Form must be provided to play tackle football, and physicals are available through league registration for $25.  You may also take the registration form below to your doctor, or use a form provided by the doctor's office.

Major Flag - 2nd grade Can sign up by down loading form (with payment) and mailing to the PO Box address. 

Minor Flag-  K / 1st grade  Can sign up by down loading form (with payment) and mailing to the PO Box address.
